For unique situations, we offer sorting and separation services, PPE-level cleanups for health or safety hazards, and rush or emergency scheduling for time-sensitive projects.

Alongside our clean out and hauling services Apex IronClad also offer optional Rebate program for qualifying clients. Apex IronClad Services LLC was founded by Quincy McCray, a Maryland native with a hands-on background in hauling, clean outs,and property restoration.Quincy started in the field back in 2019, working his way up from technician to foreman, and eventually managing full-scale clean out operations.

After years of seeing how much people’s spaces—and lives— could change when a job was done right, he set out to build something of his own. Apex Ironclad was born from that vision—a company built on integrity,effort, and results you can see the moment you walk back in.

Quincy believes in doing things the right way the first time. From light de-cluttering to full hoarder clean outs and property turnovers, every job gets the same level of attention and care. What Can you remove appliances, furniture, or construction debris?

Absolutely. We haul just about everything — including furniture, appliances, yard debris, and renovation materials. Hazardous waste or liquids may need prior approval and prices may vary.

What if I want to sell or walk away from the property?

If cleanup isn’t enough, we can connect your property with our investment division for direct purchase or contract assignment options. We aim to make the transition simple and fair.

How soon can you start?

Most projects are scheduled within 3–5 business days after deposit, depending on scope and crew availability. Rush jobs can be arranged for an additional fee.

What services do you provide?

We specialize in full property cleanouts, junk and debris hauling, decluttering, disinfecting, and donation sorting. We also offer property investment options for homes that need more than cleanup.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is based on the size, condition, and severity of the property. We operate on a tier system — from light clean outs to full hoarder-level restorations — and can provide an on-site or photo-based estimate before starting any work.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, debit/credit cards, Zelle, and certified checks made payable to Apex IronClad Services LLC.

Do you offer free estimates?

Yes, we offer free photo estimates! For in person estimates depending on distant we charge a fee.

What areas do you service?

We proudly serve all of Maryland and surrounding areas. If you’re outside the state, reach out — we may still be able to help or refer you to a trusted partner.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A 50% deposit is required to secure your project and schedule your crew. The remaining balance is due upon completion.

Do you handle hazardous materials or pest-infested areas?

Yes. Our team uses PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and follows safety procedures for properties affected by animal waste, pest presence, or similar conditions. Severe biohazards may require special handling..
